Streaming and Video Content
CoaCrea welcomes livestreams, videos, and other posts that use gameplay footage or screenshots from our publicly released games.
To the extent that CoaCrea owns the relevant rights, individuals and organizations, including agency-affiliated creators, may use this content without prior notice or permission as long as they follow these Guidelines.
Permitted Uses
Permitted uses include:
- Gameplay commentary and livestreams;
- Guides, reviews, introductions, and explanatory videos;
- Highlight videos and short clips;
- Screenshots and GIFs; and
- Monetization through features officially provided by the platform on which the content is posted.
Where possible, we appreciate including the game title and a link to its official game page. This is not required.
Prohibited Uses
The following uses are prohibited:
- Copying and publishing or redistributing the game itself on another website, application, or service;
- Extracting images, music, video, or other assets from a game and reposting or distributing them as standalone materials;
- Publishing unreleased or unlawfully obtained information or materials;
- Cheating, cracking, unauthorized access, circumventing technical restrictions, or promoting such activities;
- Violating applicable laws or the terms of the platform on which the content is posted;
- Posting content that is discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise contrary to public order and morals;
- Falsely implying official approval, sponsorship, or affiliation by CoaCrea or its members;
- Infringing the rights of CoaCrea or any third party; and
- Using game footage or assets in advertisements, products, NFTs, or other commercial materials beyond the platform monetization permitted above.
Third-Party Rights
If a game includes music, fonts, images, or other materials owned by a third party, these Guidelines do not grant permission to use those materials.
Any separate terms established by the relevant rights holder take precedence.
Game-Specific Rules
If separate guidelines or notices apply to a particular game, those rules take precedence over these Guidelines.
Changes to These Guidelines
CoaCrea may update these Guidelines when necessary. The latest version will always be published on this page.
