1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to games and related online services provided by CoaCrea (“we,” “us,” or “our”), regardless of the website, application, store, or platform through which they are accessed, unless a game-specific notice states otherwise.
2. Data We Process
Depending on the game, its features, and the platform through which you play, we may process:
- Gameplay data, such as progress, scores, achievements, unlocks, settings, and related game state;
- Account or platform identifiers, display names, and profile information made available by the platform;
- Leaderboard data, such as the game or leaderboard identifier, submitted value, rank, season or period, and timestamps;

Some game data may be stored only on your device using browser storage. Other data may be stored or synchronized through the platform on which you play or through backend services operated by or for CoaCrea.

- Provide, save, restore, and synchronize game features and settings;
- Link gameplay data to an account or platform identity;
- Operate leaderboards and display rankings;
- Match players for online multiplayer, synchronize game state between participants, and display results;

- Maintain, secure, and troubleshoot our games and related services; and
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We take necessary and appropriate security measures suited to the scale and nature of our services, including using security features provided by external services, to help prevent data leaks and unauthorized access.
4. Leaderboards
When you participate in a leaderboard, your result may be submitted either to a platform-provided leaderboard or to a leaderboard service operated by or for CoaCrea.
Public leaderboard entries may display information such as your display name, submitted value, rank, season or period, and profile information made available by the platform.
Depending on the leaderboard provider, an account or platform identifier and submission timestamp may also be processed to associate and validate your result.
5. Online Multiplayer
When you participate in online multiplayer, we may process participant and connection identifiers, display names, room membership, selected characters and titles, in-game positions, progress, and match results to support matchmaking and gameplay. We may use identifiers provided by the platform or temporary guest identifiers.
Display names, characters and titles, in-game positions, progress, and match results may be shared with or shown to other players as needed for gameplay or spectating.
The data processed and the information shown to other players vary by game and multiplayer mode.
6. Platforms and Service Providers
The platform through which you play may independently process data in connection with features such as accounts, cloud storage, advertising, and purchases. Please refer to that platform’s privacy policy for information about the data it controls.
We may use external services for hosting, databases, networking, security, and similar functions to provide game data storage, leaderboards, and online multiplayer. We handle data for our games in accordance with this Policy, including when we use external services.
The platforms, external services, and available features vary by game and distribution platform.
We do not sell personal data. We do not provide personal data to third parties without your consent, except where permitted by law. We may entrust external service providers with storing or processing data as necessary to operate our games and related services.
7. Data Retention
Data stored locally on your device remains there until it is removed by the game, your browser, or you.
Data controlled by a third-party platform is retained according to that platform’s policies.
Data stored in backend services used by CoaCrea is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide games, leaderboards, online multiplayer, and related features, maintain normal service operation and security, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. When it is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized, subject to backup schedules, technical limitations, and legal obligations.
8. Your Choices and Requests
You may remove locally stored game data through the game’s reset function, if available, or your browser settings.
For data controlled by a platform, use the privacy settings or contact method provided by that platform.
To request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of use of data managed by CoaCrea, or to make another request available under applicable law, contact [email protected]. We will review your request and respond in accordance with applicable law.
Please include the game name, the platform used, and enough information for us to identify the relevant record. We may request additional information to verify your identity or the details of your request.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our games, services, or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
