This Privacy Policy applies to games and related online services provided by CoaCrea (“we,” “us,” or “our”), regardless of the website, application, store, or platform through which they are accessed, unless a game-specific notice states otherwise.
2. Data We Process
Depending on the game, its features, and the platform through which you play, we may process:
- Gameplay data, such as progress, scores, achievements, unlocks, settings, and related game state;
- Account or platform identifiers, display names, and profile information made available by the platform;
- Leaderboard data, such as the game or leaderboard identifier, submitted value, rank, season or period, and timestamps;
- Purchase or entitlement records, where applicable; and
- Technical data required to operate and protect our services, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and error or security logs.
Some game data may be stored only on your device using browser storage. Other data may be stored or synchronized through the platform on which you play or through backend services operated by or for CoaCrea.
3. How We Use Data
We use this data only as necessary to:
- Provide, save, restore, and synchronize game features and settings;
- Link gameplay data to an account or platform identity;
- Operate leaderboards and display rankings;
- Validate submitted results and prevent cheating, abuse, or unauthorized access;
- Maintain, secure, and troubleshoot our games and related services; and
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Leaderboards
When you participate in a leaderboard, your result may be submitted either to a platform-provided leaderboard or to a leaderboard service operated by or for CoaCrea.
Public leaderboard entries may display information such as your display name, submitted value, rank, season or period, and profile information made available by the platform.
Depending on the leaderboard provider, an account or platform identifier and submission timestamp may also be processed to associate and validate your result.
5. Platforms and Service Providers
We may use third-party platforms and service providers for account features, cloud storage, leaderboards, hosting, databases, network security, and related infrastructure.
These currently include:
- CrazyGames, for platform accounts, cloud game data, platform settings, purchases, and leaderboard features where available; and
- Cloudflare, for hosting, backend APIs, databases, and network security.
The services used may vary by game and by the platform through which you play. Third-party providers process data according to their own privacy policies and their agreements with us.
We do not sell personal data.
6. Data Retention
Data stored locally on your device remains there until it is removed by the game, your browser, or you.
Data controlled by a third-party platform is retained according to that platform’s policies.
Data stored in CoaCrea backend services is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant game or leaderboard feature, maintain service integrity and security, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. When it is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized, subject to backup schedules, technical limitations, and legal obligations.
7. Your Choices and Requests
You may remove locally stored game data through the game’s reset function or your browser settings.
For data controlled by a platform, use the privacy settings or contact method provided by that platform.

Please include the game name, the platform used, and enough information for us to identify the relevant record. We may request additional information to verify the request.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our games, services, or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
